Control Engineering
Our in-house control engineers design and commission the full electrical and automation architecture of every system — from motor control and safety interlocks to custom operator interfaces. Nothing is left to a third party.
Risk Assessment Engineering
Every installation is supported by a formal, documented risk assessment carried out by qualified risk assessment engineers. We identify hazards, quantify likelihood and severity, and engineer controls that eliminate or reduce risk to an acceptable level before a single component is installed.
PL d Safety Solutions
Where the application demands it, we design and validate safety functions to Performance Level d (PL d) in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 — the most rigorous category of functional safety for machinery. This is the standard demanded by the most safety-critical automotive and industrial environments.
Detailed Risk Assessment (DRA)
Beyond standard risk assessment, we produce full Detailed Risk Assessments for complex or high-value installations — providing clients, insurers, and facilities managers with a comprehensive, auditable record of every hazard identified, every control measure applied, and every residual risk accepted.
Electrical Engineering & Design
Our electrical engineers produce full schematic drawings, panel designs, and wiring documentation for every system. All electrical work is designed to current UK and European standards, fully documented, and provided to the client at handover.
Certification Processing
We manage the entire CE marking and LOLER certification process in-house — from technical file compilation and conformity assessment through to Declaration of Conformity. You receive a fully certified system with complete documentation, ready for inspection at any time.
In-House Manufacturing
We work directly with our manufacturing partners to produce structural components, platforms, and control enclosures to our own engineering specifications. This gives us full control over quality, lead times, and the ability to accommodate custom requirements alongside our standard ready-made range.
